Critical Backup Power Station
The 2gen power stations have been developed by Genplant to provide a modular and scalable critical backup power solution with industry leading power density to meet the stringent requirements of critical facilities.
- Designed to be a stand-alone, natural gas and/or hydrogen fueled energy plant that efficiently, reliably and sustainably generates electricity.
- Can operate in parallel with the utility grid and/or independently in island mode.
- Based on proven, highly reliable and efficient internal combustion engine-generator technology with emissions control to achieve stringent emissions standards
- Configurable to meet fast start, peaking applications and/or base load applications and can be paired with solar PV, battery storage and/or UPS technologies.
- Are easy to reassemble on site and have a compact footprint that can be optimized to fit site requirements.
- Are re-deployable. Can be disassembled, moved and reassembled at an alternative site as needs require.
